These terms govern your use of the VibraRays website and early-access program. VibraRays is an early-stage project; the website presents concepts and development plans, not a finished product for sale.

No offer of sale

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product. There is no preorder, price, or purchase available. Conceptual specifications and imagery are illustrative and clearly labeled as concept or development architecture where they appear.

Early access

Joining early access adds you to a contact list. It does not entitle you to any product, price, or delivery date, and it involves no payment. You can request removal at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't submit others' personal information without permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Forward-looking statements about the product may change as development continues.
